Frank Rotellini is a Wyoming native, born in Sheridan and a graduate of Sheridan College and the University of Wyoming where he received his Bachelors and Masters Degrees.  He  was with First Interstate Bank for thirty-one years.  He began in Sheridan in 1974, and then moved on to open a First Interstate Bank branch in Buffalo in 1979.  In 1996, he moved back to Sheridan to become President of both the Sheridan and the Buffalo branches.  In 2003, he was named First Interstate Bank Regional President as well as Branch President of Cheyenne and Laramie until his retirement in 2005.    Mr. Rotellini currently serves as Vice President of the Sheridan College Foundation, YMCA board member, Chairman of the diocese of Cheyenne Finance Council, board member of Wyoming Bankers Association, and as member and past President of Cowboy Joe.
