Landis Benson is the President of Hake Realty/GMAC Real Estate, a northern Wyoming Real Estate Brokerage Company where he has been the Responsible Broker since 1989.  He has been with Hake Realty since 1978 where prior to becoming Responsible Broker and President he was a broker and sales agent.    He received commendation in 1997 from the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the Tri-County Board of Realtors for “Realtor of the Year”.  Mr. Benson served as a Board member of the Wyoming Community Development Authority from 1995 to 2002 and was Chairman of the Board from 1997 to 1999.  He is a former Board member of the Advisory Board of American National Bank in Worland and a former Board member of the Wyoming Sugar Company Board of Managers.  He currently serves on the local Senior Citizens Board of Directors, the Board of Directors of the WDA, a local economic development association, and is General Partner of Washakie Developers Limited Partnership, a real estate development company. Civic involvement includes serving on the Board of Elders of the congregation at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.
