Scott Keiper joined Mountain Plains Equity Group, Inc. in July, 2004.  He has been actively involved in corporate tax compliance, planning and consultation for over 12 years.  He was previously an Assistant Attorney General in the Tax Division of the Arizona Office of the Attorney General.  He was also a member of the tax practice at Deloitte & Touche, where he specialized in corporate income taxation.

He is originally from Great Falls, Montana, and is a graduate of Great Falls High School.  Mr. Keiper is also a graduate of Montana State University and Arizona State University, with degrees in finance and law.

He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.  He is also active in the Billings Area Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Government Affairs Committee and Taxation Task Force.
