Seana Rau joined Mountain Plains Equity Group, Inc. as Director of Asset Management in March, 2008.  She is a Certified Public Accountant with considerable experience in both public and private/corporate accounting.  Most recently, she was financial analyst and manager of corporate reporting for Big Sky Airlines.  Her duties included analysis and forecasting of daily cash flow, preparation of financial statements, and direct reporting to the company's President and Chief Financial Officer.  She also assisted in quarterly and annual audits for this SEC company and review of the 10Q.  She was also a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for helping make most of the major company-wide decisions.

Prior to her tenure with Big Sky Airlines, Ms. Rau was employed with Eide Bailly LLP, a regional accounting firm with offices in Billings, Montana.  As an accountant in the general services department, her duties bridged both the audit and tax departments; duties included preparing audits, auditing client general ledgers, reviewing audit work papers, preparing financial statements, completion of audits, and client presentations. 

She is a board member of the Montana State University-Billings Alumni Association, specifically helping with the Outreach Committee, Scholarship Selection Committee, Young Alumni Committee and the Golf Tournament Committee.  She is also involved with the local chapter of Soroptimist in Billings.

Ms. Rau is originally from Sidney, Montana.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Montana State University-Billings.
