Asset Management Projects

In December of 2009 MPEG entered into a contract with the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to provide Asset Management to the projects financed under the Tax Credit Exchange and Tax Credit Assistance programs.  MPEG currently serves as the Asset Manager for two such projects in Alaska, Hooper Bay Limited Partnership in Hooper Bay and Weeks Field Estates II Limited Partnership in Fairbanks.
