The development is located on the campus of Benefis Health System at 3001 15th Avenue South in Great Falls, MT

Cascade Ridge Senior Living (Phase II) is a 16-Unit expansion of the current senior affordable housing development known as Cascade Ridge Senior Living. Cascade Ridge II consists of 8 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units with elevator access to second story units. Each unit is equipped with top brand appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. Other unit features include a storage closet, patio/balcony and a single-car garage. The development is an addition to the current Cascade Ridge Senior Living facility that features a community room with a fireplace, kitchen area, and exercise room, library, craft room, outdoor patio and fire pit, walking path and a manager’s office with on-site management. Sponsored by Benefis Health System and Mountain Plains Equity Group, Inc., the project celebrated its Grand Opening in July of 2016.
