Courtyard Apartments, in Kalispell Montana, is a 32-unit affordable housing complex that underwent a $4.8 million update to the property. The newly rehabilitated property held its grand opening on May 1, 2019. Montana Lt. Governor Mike Cooney and state Commerce Director Tara Rice were in Kalispell for the ceremony, along with other local dignitaries. The project created at least 64 local jobs and $2.8 million of earned wages, as calculated by the Montana Department of Commerce. Community Action Partnership of Northwest Montana and Rural Community Assistance Corporation, collaborated with Mountain Plains Equity Group to put the $4.8 million deal together with Federal housing tax credits from the Montana Board of Housing. Glacier Bank is the Investor Limited Partner and lender on this worthwhile project. Serving as the project’s tax credit syndicator, MPEG arranged financing and will provide ongoing asset management services.
Thanks to the Montana Board of Housing awarding tax credits these 34 apartments have been remodeled with new roofing, windows and new kitchens! Residents can now enjoy the new solar energy system and family area with picnic tables and a community garden.

Gateway Vista is completed and the grand opening was on July 18th through the 21st, 2018! This new, supportive community was constructed on the existing campus of YWCA Billings. This 24-unit facility will provide safe, affordable housing for families in Yellowstone County. The residents will share a main level common area inside, a community barbeque, and outdoor children's playground. First Interstate Bank is the investor. The builder is Dick Anderson Construction and HGFA is the architect.

Cascade Ridge II consists of 8 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units with elevator access to second story units. Each unit is equipped with top brand appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, and washer & dryer. Other unit features include a storage closet, patio/balcony and a single-car garage. The development is an addition to the current Cascade Ridge Senior Living facility that features a community room with a fireplace, kitchen area, and exercise room, library, craft room, outdoor patio and fire pit, walking path and a manager's office with on-site management. Antelope Court is a 30-unit low-income housing project that will help satisfy a very important housing need for families and indivduals in Havre, MT. The one- and two- bedroom apartment homes are located near schools, parks, and neighboring the Havre hospital.
The project has Co-General partners GL Development and District IV HRDC I, LLC. The financing is through HOME funds, Tax Credits, and Glacier Bank is both the lender and the tax credit investor. Construction was completed in the fall of 2017.

The community consists of 36 apartments located in a residential neighborhood close to an elementary school and essential services.
