(24-unit family complex rehabilitation project)
Completed in October of 2017 this 24-unit complex consists of 6 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom units in two twelve-plex apartment buildings. Building improvements were made both externally and internally. These improvements include, new flooring, appliances, cabinets, sinks, lighting & paint. Each home was also equipped with dishwashers, microwaves and air conditioning. Renovations included improving the children’s play area, landscaping, removal of cottonwood trees, repairing parking lot & sidewalk damages, raising of flower beds, increased outdoor storage, repair of siding and added patios and a new BBQ in the community area.
