Completed November 2017 the Valley Villas are a rehabilitation of three buildings totaling 34 apartment units. This complex will help satisfy a very important housing need for families and individuals in the Hamilton area, which is for affordable rental units for very low- to low-income families. These units consist of 8 one-bedroom units and 26 two-bedroom units. Bitterroot Valley Villas improvements were of new roof solar panels, laminate flooring & new paint throughout, kitchen counter tops & appliances, windows & insulation, light fixtures, kitchen & bathroom sinks/faucets, electric baseboard heating units, exterior stairwells & lighting, parking lot lighting, family outdoor space updates, including a BBQ area with tables & children’s play area.
