Project Details

Burnt Fork Place Apartments (Burnt Fork) is a 16-unit new construction multifamily project located in Stevensville, Montana (Ravalli County).  Burnt Fork will consist of two- and three-bedroom homes spread throughout three (3) four-plexes and two (2) duplexes. Ten (10) of the sixteen (16) homes will offer ground floor and single level living with a zero-step entry, thus providing a truly accessible living environment.  Each home will include numerous in-unit amenities (e.g. washer and dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, disposal, patio, etc.), covered parking and two full bathrooms.

District XI Human Resource Council (Missoula, MT) is the Sponsor of the project and Housing Solutions, LLC (Missoula, MT) is serving as the development consultant.  Through a wholly owned subsidiary, District XI Human Resource Council will also be the sole General Partner of the project partnership.  Cardinal Properties, Inc. (Hamilton, MT) will be the property manager for the project.
