Cascade Ridge Senior Living is a 56-unit senior affordable housing development located in Cascade County. The original 40-units were completed in September of 2012 with the additional 16-units celebrating their grand opening in July 2016. With a total development cost of $8.46 million, the facility is conveniently located on the campus of Benefis Health System. The property is comprised of 28 one-bedroom units and 28 two-bedroom units housed in a single two-story building with elevator access. Each unit includes a microwave, washer/dryer, central air, Energy Star appliances, patio/balcony, and exterior storage closet. In addition, a detached single-car garage will be provided with each unit. The facility also includes a community room with a fireplace and kitchen area, a library/computer room, an exercise room, and an on-site office for the project manager.
