Cattail Ridge Apartments is anticipated to be a 64-unit market-rate apartment development proposed for construction within the city of Sidney, Montana. Totaling approximately 4.5 acres, the project site is conveniently located just one street north of Holly Street, a primary east/west artery through the city. The development is comprised of 32 two-bedroom units and 32 three-bedroom units housed in four separate two-story buildings comfortably arranged on a 4.5 acre parcel. In addition, a detached single car garage will be provided for each unit along with 64 additional parking spaces. All units include central air, washer/dryer, Energy Star appliances, microwave, cable/internet connectivity, ceiling fans, patio/balcony and an exterior storage closet. The facility also includes a community room, tenant laundry, plus an on-site office and apartment for the property manager.
