Hosted by Affordable Housing Developers (AHDI), Mountain Plains Equity Group (MPEG), and North Dakota Housing Finance Association (NDHFA), the Dacotah Ridge Apartments in Dickinson, North Dakota had their Grand Opening on September 25, 2019. Located in the southern portion of Dickinson, North Dakota, Dacotah Ridge is designed to serve low- to moderate-income residents, including individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and/or the elderly. AHDI is the property owner, with MetroPlains Management as the property manager. The eight-plex building, originally built in 1988, completed rehabilitation in 2018. It contains one efficiency apartment, and seven one-bedroom apartments. The 16-Plex building is New Construction, built in 2019. The building contains 15 two-bedroom apartment units and a single one-bedroom apartment.Amenities include: Modern Bathroom Fixtures, Energy Efficient Appliances, Economical Heating/Cooling Units, Community Room, and an Onsite Laundry.
