UNDER CONSTRUCTION:
La Sonora at Dove Mountain is a New 142-unit Senior Living community located on a 5.88-acre parcel. This senior community is comprised of over 150,000 sq. ft. of building space, arranged in a multiple 2- and 3-story building format, all connected by a large common area center core, on a single-site campus. La Sonora will consist of 44 Independent Living units, 74 Assisted Living units and 24 Memory Care units attached to over 50,000 sq. ft. of common areas and amenities. The spacious units will offer numerous “extras” including fully equipped kitchens, step-in showers with safety features, washer and dryer, and a patio or balcony. The project is state-of-the-art with Wi-Fi throughout and offers a variety of amenities and services. Additionally, the project will feature a comprehensive landscaping plan that will include several locally inspired landscape features, walking paths, gardens and a center courtyard area available to all residents of the community.
Construction Update:
Building #1, the Common Area, the interior painting is commencing. On the exterior, wall finishes are now being installed.
Building #2, the IL building, footings and foundation & underslab plumbing is commencing.
Building #3, the AL/MC building, erection of wall panels is nearly complete, and MPE rough-in is underway.
La Sonora at Dove Mountain continues construction with an anticipated completion date of July 2020.
