Completed December 2016, this 36-unit low-income housing tax credit project is located at 3860 12th Avenue West. This Complex consists of 24 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom units. Northern Place satisfies the strongest need for affordable housing in the area. Families and individuals in the community with very low-to low-income levels are now able to afford these 2 & 3 bedroom units with garages and a playground onsite.
