Completed in February 2018, Oakshire Commons is part of an assisted living facility with 99 units. This campus is a rehabilitation of an existing housing development known as Oakshire Gardens and Trinity Life Gardens. Oakshire Commons units are 325 square-foot studio units with private bathrooms. Each unit includes a small refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, blinds, cable TV hookups, landline phone service capability. The facililty also includes common large living room areas, a dining room, a central commercial kitchen, theater, activities room, laundry and beauty salon.
