Project Details

ParkRidge Townhomes features 36 townhomes dedicated to serving the needs of essential service workers (ESW) and their families. The townhomes are configured as 31 two-bedroom units, and 5 are three-bedroom units. Of the 31 two-bedroom townhomes, 18 are designated as Housing Incentive Fund (HIF) assisted units. Each unit has its own large 2-car garage with garage door opener. ParkRidge Townhomes are equipped with microwaves, dishwashers, island kitchen counter, washer and dryer hookups, air conditioning and ceiling fans. All of the 36 units provide two full baths upstairs and a half-bath on the first floor. The 2-bedroom units feature two master suites on the second level with attached bathrooms and walk-in closets. The 3-bedroom design also features two bathrooms on the second floor, as well as a third bedroom. Both of the unit types feature an open concept kitchen and living room with an island counter in the kitchen. A front door with a covered porch, as well as a back door (through the garage) allow for convenient access to the street on both sides of the townhomes. The project was completed in the late summer of 2015.
