Parkview Village is a new 20-unit multifamily apartment that opened its doors in Sidney, MT in the fall of 2013. This new housing is intended as an affordable option for low- to moderate-income families or individuals. To be eligible for residency, certain income thresholds will apply to prospective tenants.Parkview Village provides 6 one-bedroom units, 12 two-bedroom units and 2 three-bedroom units. Of the 20 units, 3 are handicap accessible units. Each unit includes blinds, carpeting, refrigerator, stove/oven, disposal, dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, central air, patio/balcony and exterior storage closet. All appliances are Energy Star rated for energy efficiency. Additionally, one covered parking space is included with each unit, as well as individually metered plug-ins for engine block heaters. The development features a leasing office and computer access for resident use.
