Project Details

Pioneer Village is a 24 unit new construction affordable housing community located in Cody, Wyoming (Park County).  Pioneer Village has been designed as a single three-story apartment complex containing all residential units.  In addition to numerous in-unit amenities (e.g. washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, stove and oven, etc.) each apartment unit will have a private patio/deck and additional storage space.  The property will also include a children’s play area and a manager’s office.

Housing Solutions, LLC (Missoula, MT) is the Sponsor and Developer of the project. Through a wholly owned subsidiary, Housing Solutions, LLC will also be the General Partner of the project partnership.  Infinity Management & Investments, LLC (Lewistown, ID) will be the property manager for the project.

Pioneer Village construction is currently underway and anticipated to be completed by August 2022.
