As designed, this development features 10 units total, configured in two 5-Plex buildings. Of this total, five are deigned as 2-bedroom units, and five as 3-bedroom units. Each unit is two stories and has its own large 2-car garage with garage door opener. Unit features include central air, washer/dryer hook-ups, Energy Star appliances, microwave, and cable/internet connectivity. All 10 units provide two full baths upstairs and a half-bath on the first floor. The 2-bedroom units feature two master suites on the second level with attached bathrooms and walk-in closets. The 3-bedroom design also features two bathrooms on the second floor, as well as a third bedroom. Both of the unit types feature an open concept kitchen and living room with an island counter in the kitchen. A front door with a covered porch, as well as a back door through the garage allows for convenient access to the street on both sides of the townhomes.
