Project Details

Spring Hill Apartments is a 162-unit apartment community that has applied for and received an award for both HOME Funds as well as Housing Trust Fund dollars. This award is allowing The Wyoming Housing Network to take on the substantial rehabilitation needed at the Spring Hill Apartments on both the interior and exterior of the entire complex. Mountain Plains Equity Group is serving as a consultant to the Wyoming Housing Network on this project.
