Project Details

Completed and celebrated their Grand Opening in May 2016, Sunset Village replaced 28 public housing units that are over 60 years old and in serious disrepair. Designed mainly as a rehabilitation opportunity, the development added 8 more new units to the site, for a total of 36 units. Sunset Village offers 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units, as well as a community room, playground and community garden. The apartments are available for rent to individuals and families of low- to moderate- income levels.
