The Sidney City Council has granted Final Plat Approval for Phase 1 of The Homestead Subdivision located adjacent to the Richland County Law & Justice Center, one street north of Holly Street in the city of Sidney, Montana. This 28-acre land parcel is zoned for both Residential and Commercial development.

Known as The Homestead Subdivision, the development plan calls for separately divided lots ranging from 2 to 4.7 acres each, with a maximum potential of 9 lots. Full infrastructure improvements (paved streets, curbs and gutters, sewer and water) for Phase 1 of the subdivision are now complete and it is anticipated the second and final phase of the project will be completed fall of 2017. As approved, Phase 1 of The Homestead is now available for sale and development.
