Frontier Office Plaza is a proposed professional office building development within the city of Sidney, located in Richland County, Montana. The 2.18-acre project site is conveniently located on Fourth Street NW, adjacent to the Richland County Justice Center, just one street north of Holly Street (State Hwy 16). Holly Street is the primary east/west road through the city of Sidney.
As a part of the subdivision known as The Homestead, Frontier Office Plaza will consist of ten office suites, ranging in size from 1,381 sq. ft. to 2,092 sq. ft., contained in one single to double level 22,400 sq. ft. building. Six of the ten suites will feature individual storefront exposure with separate ground level entryways, all in a one-story design. The remaining four units will be located in the “center core”, two-story section of the building with a common entryway mezzanine area featuring elevator access to the second floor office suites.
Developed as an interior “design/build” project, building construction will be fully completed to the interior walls leaving the actual office space unfinished. Custom floor plan and interior design, along with finish selections, will be accomplished through a Tenant Improvements program, allowing the lessee of each individual office space the opportunity to customize the area to meet the specific needs and requirements of their business.

The Sidney City Council has granted Final Plat Approval for Phase 1 of The Homestead Subdivision located adjacent to the Richland County Law & Justice Center, one street north of Holly Street in the city of Sidney, Montana. This 28-acre land parcel is zoned for both Residential and Commercial development.
Known as The Homestead Subdivision, the development plan calls for separately divided lots ranging from 2 to 4.7 acres each, with a maximum potential of 9 lots. Full infrastructure improvements (paved streets, curbs and gutters, sewer and water) for Phase 1 of the subdivision are now complete and it is anticipated the second and final phase of the project will be completed fall of 2017.
