Oakshire Commons units are 325 square-foot studio units with private bathrooms. Each unit includes a small refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, blinds, cable TV hookups, landline phone service capability. The facililty also includes common large living room areas, a dining room, a central commercial kitchen, theater, activities room, laundry and beauty salon.

This project consists of the acquistion and rehabilitation of two apartment buildings, totalling 24 affordable apartment units. These buildings are exclusive housing for individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities and/or the elderly. Also, new elevators and all units will receive new carpet/flooring, bathroom fixtures, energy efficient appliances, paint, and heating/cooling units.

Completed in October of 2017 this 24 unit complex consists of 6 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom units in two twelve-plex apartment buildings. Building improvements were made both externally and internally. These improvements include, new flooring, appliances, cabinets, sinks, lighting & paint. Each home was also equipped with dishwashers, microwaves and air conditioning. Renovations included improving the children’s play area, landscaping, removal of cottonwood trees, repairing parking lot & sidewalk damages, raising of flower beds, increased outdoor storage, repair of siding and added patios and a new BBQ in the community area.

Cascade Ridge Senior Living is a 56-unit senior affordable housing development located at 3001 15th Avenue South in Great Falls, Montana (Cascade County). The original 40-units were completed in September of 2012 with the additional 16-units celebrating their grand opening in July 2016. With a total development cost of $8.46 million, the facility is conveniently located on the campus of Benefis Health System.
The property is comprised of 28 one-bedroom units and 28 two-bedroom units housed in a single two-story building with elevator access.
