Cascade Ridge Senior Living (Phase II) is a 16-Unit expansion of the current senior affordable housing development know as Cascade Ridge Senior Living. The development is located on the campus of Benefis Health System at 3001 15th Avenue South in Great Falls, Montana.
Cascade Ridge II consists of 8 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units with elevator access to second story units. Each unit is equipped with top brand appliances including a microwave, dishwashers, and a washer & dryer. Other unit features include a storage closet, patio/balcony and a single-car garage. The development is an addition to the current Cascade Ridge Senior Living facility that features a community room with a fireplace, kitchen area, and exercise room, library, crafts room, outdoor patio and fire pit, walking path and a manager's office along with on-sight managment.
